Season opening in Lipica
In the weekend I took part in my first competition of the year, Lipica open, in hope of gaining back the o-technique and have a pleasant terrain running. In context with this, I didnt stress at all and ran two solid races. On the first day I did 41 minutes on the 6,3km, in which I had at about 2:30 time loss/ hesitation. Winter is on the way!
In the past four weeks preparation work for the winter trainings began and Im back on track in running and orienteering. I regained myself after a relaxing and easy november and feeling ready for a long winter. Trainings in Finspång
After having a weeks long sleep in orienteering I couldn’t help turning back on track. To be honest I felt so empty without training, and I have to learn it year by year somewhere around this November time. Team Championship - in Hungary

This year I participated in my first 25manna relay. It was really a great competition, just like 10Mila and Jukola - the feeling at these huge nordic relays in uncomparable. As I was a first leg runner at 10Mila as well, and finished there with the gap of 3:54, my goal was certainly to go below this.
