After the World Champs and O-Ringen I worked for a couple of days before joining the Olympic athletes at their high altitude training camps in the Engadin, just before they left for Peking. But I wasn’t staying there because of the physiological benefits, instead to enjoy the beauty of the mountains. I ran a lot, mainly on small mountain trails up to some peaks or hidden lakes.
