Sabato pomeriggio sarò in gara ad Adria (RO) al PARCO DELTA PO FESTIVAL 08, gara sprint a sequenza libera che completa la combinata con la gara del 18 Ottobre scorso.Invece Domenica NON sarò al via al Meeting Internazionale di Venezia, che tante soddisfazioni mi ha regalato nel corso degli anni (link): prima o poi tornerò a gareggiare in laguna alla ricerca del tris nell Elite, ma adesso questa gara sarebbe troppo traumatica per la mia schiena; ora che mi sta concedendo un fragile equilibrio ...

Offensiva Mårdar – riktar blicken framåt!
I helgen samlades i stort sett samtliga elitlöpare i Malungs OK för säsongsupptakt och planeringsträff vid Kårestugan i Falun. Syftet med samlingen var i första hand att spetsa verksamheten ytterligare genom utvärdering och samtidigt ett tillfälle att skapa en allt tydligare målfokusering i träningen, vilket det nystartade treårsprojektet Offensiva mårdar skall bidra till.

The End of the Season and the Start of a New One
Hello! The season has ended some weeks ago, and the new one is already starting (check out the last part of the news!!!). Venice: i'm coming, ...
... hopefully this year. After two years in a row i tried to compete in the traditional Venetian city orienteering without beeing able to start because of illness, i hope this year will be the good one. Har sett på sammendraget av treningsdagboka nå. Jeg kom jo på landslaget for neste år, så nå har trenern bedt meg evaluere litt. Her er de kalde fakta om 2008: Jeg har trent over 510:00t, men mye mindre enn 874:55. Jeg har vært skadet 81, syk 7 og ikke trent 59 dager. 32% av all trening har vært orientering, og 15% har vært høyintensitetstrening. -The sport of Orienteering is Swedens gift to all ages. /G.
