Det er nå 2 mnd siden jeg brøt 2 timersgrensen på Svalandsgubben. For de uvitne er Svalandsgubben er skogsløp over 27 km i sørpe og motbakke. Et slit av dimensjoner og nærmest legendarisk på Sørlandet. È passata una settimana esatta dall’intervento e oggi mi sono stati tolti i punti: tutto bene!
